In short

  • We only collect what you send us, your email address and message, plus standard server records.
  • We use it to reply to you and arrange supply. We never sell it.
  • This website sets no cookies. We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which doesn’t identify you.
  • You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time.

Who we are

This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit this website or contact us through it, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Numbur is a brand of Everest Natural Spring Water Pvt. Ltd., Solududhkunda Municipality-3, Solukhumbu, Koshi Province 56000, Nepal. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean that company, and “you” means anyone who visits this website or contacts us, for yourself or on behalf of a business.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us, plus the basic technical data every web server records.

  • Your enquiry. When you use the supply enquiry form, we receive your email address and your message, with anything you include in it, such as your business name, quantities or delivery location.
  • Emails and calls. If you email or phone us directly, we receive your email address or phone number and what you tell us.
  • Technical data. When you visit, our hosting provider’s servers automatically record standard details such as your IP address, browser type and version, device type, the pages you request and the time of each request.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set cookies and does not use advertising or tracking tools.

To count visits, we use Vercel Web Analytics. It doesn’t use cookies to identify you. For each page view it records the page, the site that sent you, your approximate location, and your device type, operating system and browser. It recognises repeat visits within 24 hours from a hash of each request, which is then discarded, and we only ever see totals, never individual visitors.

If that changes, we will update this policy first and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent before setting any cookie that isn’t essential.

How we use your data

  • Reply to your enquiry. To answer your questions and arrange supply, including any order or agreement that follows.
  • Keep in touch. To contact you by email or phone about your enquiry or an order. We may also send news about Numbur products related to what you asked about. Where the law requires your consent first, we ask before sending it, and you can tell us to stop at any time.
  • Keep the website running. To keep the website secure, prevent misuse and fix problems.
  • Meet our legal duties. To keep records the law requires and to handle legal claims.
  • Business changes. If our company is merged, sold or restructured, the personal data we hold may be part of what is transferred. We will tell you before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only in these situations:

  • Service providers. FormSubmit delivers enquiry form messages to our inbox, Google (Gmail) stores the emails we receive, and Vercel hosts this website and counts visits for us. They handle your data only to provide these services to us.
  • Related companies. Companies that control, or are controlled by, our company. They must follow this policy.
  • Business changes. As described above.
  • When the law requires it. When a court, government agency or the law requires it, or when we believe in good faith it is needed to protect our rights, investigate misuse of the website, or protect the safety of our users or the public.
  • With your permission. For any other purpose you agree to.

Data stored outside Nepal

Our service providers may store and process your data on servers outside Nepal, where data protection laws may differ. Where the law requires it, we make sure these transfers have appropriate safeguards, and we only use providers with adequate security controls.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries and emails. Up to 24 months after our last contact with you, so we can answer follow-up questions and resolve any disputes.
  • Server records. Up to 24 months, for security and troubleshooting.

We delete data sooner when we no longer need it. We keep it longer only when the law requires it, when it is needed for a legal claim, or when you ask us to. Deleted data may stay in encrypted backups for a short time until those backups are routinely replaced. We may also turn data into anonymous statistics that can’t be linked back to you.

You can ask us at any time how long we will keep your data.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

  • Show you the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct anything that is wrong
  • Delete your data
  • Stop sending you news about our products

Email or call us using the details below. We may need to keep some data when the law requires it, and we will tell you if that applies.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your data. No website, internet connection or storage system is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website is not meant for anyone under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it. Where a country sets a higher age for consent, we may ask for a parent’s or guardian’s consent.

Links to other websites

This website may link to sites we don’t run. Their own privacy policies apply there, and we aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. For important changes, we will also show a notice on the website before they take effect.
